What is MOPS International?
MOPS stands for
Mothers of Preschoolers, a dynamic program
designed to nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten.
MOPS is a relevant and caring network, making moms better moms through
trusted resources and relationships.

During the school year MOPS meets on the first
and third Wednesdays of each month from 9:15 to 11 am at First Lutheran
Church in Portland. We have a program for children ages 2-5.
Infants & toddlers are invited to stay with their moms during the regular
meeting. The MOPS International Registration fee is $23.95.
